I suggest that we appoint a looting council, that dictates who should be given what.

Yeah - Ive heard about it.

The specifics of the new system will come as we start to raid tier 5.

But if EPGP is what you want, you wanna vote for option #2.

Too late, voted (4) - but yes, I'd like to see EPGP.

Running a poll with so few members on the site seems a bit pointless tbh, but I don't have much of an alternative to offer, nonetheless. But if we go with a loot council, which in my opinion is a bad idea, we need those running it to be unselfish, just, aware, unpartial and able to comprehend how well classes scale witb whatever stats would be on an item. In other words it's a humongous task, one that is rarely well fulfilled by humans. To be very blunt, I concider myself a fairminded and to some extent patient chap, but even I find it utopic. It's not gonna work well, DKP is the only proper solution. I don't mind being passed on gear, not at all, some of you know this already, but sometimes mistakes are made, and dkp systems minimize bad judgement and the like.
In my opinion, the only solution is a DKP system, something I've already expressed on several occasions on RC.

Palabassen. I do agree on the DKP system of some sort. All above I pretty much agree on, and therefor I have voted for a DKP system. What kind of DKP system, will be up to debate. But imo, the only "fair" & "secure" way of doing it

I agree with Palabassen and Engus. DKP is the only fair way to "roll" for the items. Due to DKP, people who attend like every raid will recieve more items so our core will get gear much faster than the casuals (so we got the same result as with a loot council to equip the people which will give us the most benefit)
